On the newbie front, that doesn't have any bitcoins to begin with, I hope you add an option to pay with cash through Coinbase or something. As time progresses, of course there must be more newbies to have bitcoin flourish. While *we* all look for places that accept bitcoin, not so long ago it wasn't so easy. These same new signups are probably puzzled how to easily get bitcoins to begin with and wonder why you don't take their fiat currency. They just want to make more bitcoins and want it as simple and safe as possible. I was one of the ones browsing this site for years without joining, and I'm sure there are many more. You just can't expect them all to have BTC.

I wish you vetted the rush of signups for the campaign. While things may have resulted the same, this campaign gave you more legitimacy and lots more exposure. I hope to see some more transparency in the future, because I'm guessing we would all like to succeed with you. So good luck, and I hope you can reconsider getting the word out there through some honest people on this site.

On a side note, I hope you change the slider to select a hashrate to logarithmic or eliminate it. Scrolling over just a little bit, you can be past 2BTC, which can be scary and make people question things.

While there are a lot of new users, OP considered that unrelated to the sig campaign as only 8 persons has joined the site by clicking the sig ad and none of them has paid anything in the end.

Cancelling an order after you pay is always a bad idea..
Now it's hard to find the reference when we want to help you.  Make sure to e-mail your Transaction ID.
We are backlogged so this will take awhile.  We will try to answer as many support requests as we can today.

My suggestion to anyone wanting to buy hash power right now is to make sure you follow the directions during checkout.
Practice a transaction to yourself before buying.

No, that post had nothing to do with the campaign.  You copied it from our actual service thread.  I was referring to people who are actually buying hash power from us through our web site.

It depends on when the new users started to come in. If that appears to be after 6 Oktober (when the campaign started), then it's more than obvious.

Getting PBmining advertised as brand by users has more impact than making people click on links. People think about it, and if they think the time is right, they google it and then register.

Correct. So information about 8 users from refs means nothing..
