If he never did that "Meta data stake your BTC address" then since he owns the domain Secondstrade.com he should just post his BTC address or "realsecondstrade" nickname or something unique on the website and the mods might give him control of his old account.

However not sure if they will do that since it looks like the domain might be hacked also by the same guy.

If he could able to do those things that you said then he definitely do that one in no time but as of now issue still not resolved which means he doesnt have the proofs that are required on retrieving his accounts instead he do create new account and notice the public about that and you are right the credibility would really be mainly affected.

They started another thread for signature campaign with the new user name and it looks like it is going smoothly as they have the spread sheet with them but i am not sure about the payments.It is not about pissing someone else,it is really unfortunate that his account is still not recovered,what ever it is,hacking is an illegal activity and he could land in jail where ever he is.

I am pretty sure you won't get paid for your second bet. Reason being is that your first bet had a fee of 150 Sats/byte but your second bet had a fee of 44 Sat/b which most likely would get rejected by the network and never confirm.

The admin will say that you did that to attempt a double spend.

I have read in some other peoples post that there was a hack to bitcointalk back to 2015 so maybe someone got their hands on the database and if secondstrade did not change his password then it is possible that was they way someone got access to his account.

Yes there was a hack in 2015 but I think that hack FORCED everybody to make a new password before getting access back to Bitcointalk.

However lately I am getting emails about unauthorized login attempts made with various bitcoin related services, so apparently there is some hack going on somewhere.

Who knows? Maybe bitcointalk got hacked again.
