If you're not excited by the idea of being an early adopter 'now', then you should come back in three or four years and either tell us "Told you it'd never work!" or join what should, by then, be a much more stable and easier-to-use system.

Why do you need a dual core?. I'm mining with 4x5830 with a sempron 145, and it works perfectly(1 month uptime).

Would you be willing to sell mobo, cpu and ram for 28BTC even, shipped to Florida in the US? (32601 is close to me for reference)

accept escrow?

Thanks,
  Derek

I have one of these if you are still seeking a cpu: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103300&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=10446076&PID=5320636&SID=skim673X718731Xc71193c774ec58e8cb97d372c11ca294

Very used.  Just got cycled out of use.  I have a new heat sink for it that came with the newer processor.  This heat sink was smaller so I opted to use the one that came with this cpu instead.  PM me if you're interested.

Ty very much for the offer, tarrant. I believe I have fulfilled my current need for a cpu with this mobo combo purchase.
