Why the cost of those blocks are so high ? Why we are creating those blocks ? What they are going to do with them ?

Because Bitcoin is a cryptoconcurrency and to function it needs blocks in which it can pack transactions to verify them and to keep the blockchain moving.
If people don't mine the chain stops.

and bitcoin will dead , if no one mine  the TX will not confirmed and this is equal to the dead of the first crypto-coin (bitcoin).
