We are currently working hard to get this ICO underway. We had recieved the files a little late, which was to be expected and discussed earlier in the day. We are working to get the source compiled on our system and then it will just be recieving and verifying the coins. We will post here and on twitter as soon as we have a status update.

A few outlines for this StemCoin ICO Specifically

- We will not start the ICO until POD or CoinsSource Trust Index verification has been started or completed. If not completed, it must be completed by the end of the ICO, or VaultEX will hold the funds until it is.
- The ICO period will last 10 days, unless decided by the community and the developer to be extended or if it sells out.
- 3,000,000 StemCoins will be offered at a price of 3500 satoshi.
- If 50% or more of the offered coins are NOT sold, VaultEX will cancel the ICO and refund all orders in one Buy Order.
- Upon Completion of the ICO, VaultEX will verify there is a working wallet and block explorer and outlined details/roadmap of use for the ICO funds.

We have looked over the code, compiled the coin in our system, verified a working Windows Wallet, And have recieved the premined coins.

I am driven because of the disappointment I got from Cloakcoin, they never completed their marketplace. StemMarket will be a major priority and will take Stemcoin to $1+/Stemcoin

Also VaultEX will not give us the ICO funds until we get CoinsSource trusted, so no need to worry as we are working on it and will have so we can began development on features!

Very interesting.

I will be watching this coin closely.

I tried to register an account with VaultEX earlier today to purchase coins for the ICO.

However, I was met with a very concerning security flaw in the exchange.

I posted about the bug on the VaultEx Ann thread but was never met with a response.

The staff had no urgency to respond and their lack of response destroyed what little confidence I had in VaultEx.

No need for a response now,  I will patiently wait for Stemcoin to hit Bittrex, even if I have to pay a little extra for it.

At least I know my funds are secure on Bittrex.
