I don't think this is against the rules. The "attacks" that he is threatening are attacks against altcoins and this is allowed. If he was threatening bodily harm against a person then that would not be allowed.
He is essentially exposing the flaws in your shitcoins.

I am not sure why they would have any interest in protecting altcoins? I hope you realize you are posting on
bitcointalk.org. If you were posting on altcointalk then the mods would probably want to censor potential vulnerabilities about scamcoins more.
