I run the 8GB models. I haven't had any problems, but I can't remember what the real world specs where when I benchmarked it in the beginning. They are speedy enough for what I'm using them for so I haven't really had cause to investigate them. They write a 400 MB BAMT image in under a minute, if that means anything to you. Not exactly a scientific method of testing the drive, but it works for me.

no offence but this doesn't mean a great deal, im sure they have many products just like sandisk do, any specific model you can recommend? DataTraveler DT100G2 and DT Minifun (got both and tested) have great speed and excellent performance for writing/reading multiply files at the same time. I've got 16Gb Transcend JetFlash 330 as well, and it's absolutely horrible for work with any OSes - installed Windows7/Ubuntu on it and it was extremely slow performance. Kingston is about 10-20 times faster in such situations. |

Once it is running, it doesn't make any difference at all. Well, I don't use BAMT, but custom Windows7 with EWF for my rigs, so performance of flash drive is really matter to me. |
