mine is at 4 hours 17min but I've been logged in way more than that

I guess the algorithm only polls at periodic frequencies, perhaps many of your visits where too short to get counted?

The time between page requests cannot be too long to be counted as time logged in, 10 mins is ok. I guess the limit is like 15 min

I think its because you do not do a new action inside the forum (open post, reply, check PM) in less than 5 minutes or so from the last action.
