I'm on the phone with them right now but it says wait time 35 minutes, apparently there's some big server downtime/maintenance...
It was weird, immediately after asking for credit card info the site just said, 'thanks for purchasing!' - I assumed something would come after that, at least some sort of confirmation page...
Why not just give him the battle net account? He can change the email I believe. |

OK so after waiting for 40 minutes to talk to someone at Blizzard they were able to cancel the purchase on my account. Apparently SC2 and D3 are not available for gifting for some reason (even though an email went out saying 'Give the gift of Diablo 3!')
So in order for me to purchase a copy for you that is not physical, you would need to allow me to log in to your battle.net account.
Physical copies I can do through amazon and gift a slight discount on.

Thanks a lot it's downloading as I type this. Sorry for the hassle, I'd expect a little better from Blizzard. At least you were able to cancel your original order, wouldn't want you stuck with a game you had no interest in. (Boognish provides!!) |

I only have 11 BTC LOL at that site, everything is over priced. Really? In general or for BTC? because based on my research I am cheapest for many games compared to other cd key shops. If its BTC, I will look at the algorithm I use and adjust it. |

Yeah, I don't know what Blizzard's problem is. So far I have ordered Diablo 3 three times with one credit card and all three purchases have failed and they downgraded the account. Fortunately, the character progress was not lost. So I have tried buying it a fourth time with a different credit card. If that one fails then I am probably just going to buy a key from someone. Blizzard really should figure their crap out so they can take money from people. Absolutely ridiculous. |
