I live in Texas as well. Can you send me a PM with your city? Depending on location, I may be willing to meet to pick up if you can lower price to account for not having to pay shipping.

Don't deal with me until I verify with Keybase.io.

have to beat .38 at this point...

Would really be better if you'd just state what you're asking per MH unit.  .38BTC is a relative number based on the current value of BTC to $ (or other appropriate currency).

Anyway, under the current value of about $385, .38BTC is likely the max anyone should be paying for scrypt gear. which is approximately $10MH/s.  Adding in the additional cost of the PSU and shipping of course.  Anything more than that and you're probably better off buying hosted mining, with a going rate of about $14 to $15 per MH.

I'd be interested in expanding my setup, but my offer would be less than the current .38BTC that you're referring to.

I wish you the best of luck though.

He is right...

Not trying to threadcrap, but you've been trying to sell this for 10 days, perhaps that should be a clue.  I won't even pay $10/MH right now.

Whats funny is that you probably think I'm being a dick.  I'm just being honest with you.  And if you're really looking to get top dollar (and I don't blame you for trying) you would probably find better reception on ebay.

People (hopefully) here are more informed and aren't going to pay a premium for gear.

And I was being sincere, I do wish you the best of luck.

have you ever heard the term those that assume make an ass of themselves? Yes, its funny you assume you know more than I or someone else for that matter.  Yes its funny you assume I expect top dollar.  Its funny that you try to point out your assumptions and its hilarious you try to pile on your sincerity to mask your incessant need to try and feel like you are enlightening someone by giving your opinion and telling someone what they  "should" be paying, derived from your own necessity of stimulating personal satisfaction and/or getting the prices you want.

To point out, I had no asking price, I asked for offers.  I was made an offer of the .38 that I noted and merely asked if anyone was interested in beating that price before I sold it.

Not to be pretentious but I have bought and sold 10's of thousands of dollars worth of equipment on every medium available. So lecturing me on price points and cost per mh/gh/th and telling me to "try ebay"  for a chance at a higher price is indeed laughable.

.38BTC is too expensive. I would like to start altcoin mining but might have to wait for a while.

lol .38 is 136.00 us dollars for those of you who must convert to a fiat.  this machine is going to cost around 20 bucks to ship. So 115.00 bucks for the machine.  a quick look at whatmine.com and lightcoindark is mining for 3.10 per day averaged over the last 24 hours.  you do the math (rhetorical, don't start breaking down the math for me) .38 isn't TOO expensive.  Also I was already offered .38 so if you aren't interested in making an offer that beats that then I am not sure why you are even responding

Plus anyone looking to mine alts for an extended period of time is delusional. 8-10 months ago it was plausible and profitable but now you can really only mine new coins during the low diffs to be able to expect decent profit.   Having said that, you can easily make your money back at .38. as said before, you kids kill me.

i offered .38 i'll still do it. and it'll take me about 2 months to make that BTC back not counting electricity and with no diff changes. 2 months its really too long of a RIO for me usually but i'm willing to do it for scrypt gear right now
