You have a weird definition of "trouble". Not delivering anything for 6+ months wasn't trouble, but the website being down - that's trouble? If anything that saves new suckers from getting scammed.

Well - I'm not sure it has been shutdown.  It just says the store is down for maintenance.

Although we all know Hashra is scamming people - but on the website -- hard to say if it was shutdown.  As you would think if that were the case then it would give an error message.

The only thing you can expect to hear from Hasra.com is another set back which is ultimately a lie anyhow.. Anyone that purchased from Hashra.com / Simon Bright has been totally ripped off... file legal actions.

Where would you begin? since this is based out of china...

And as for authorities over there, they dont really give a fuk, this is based from experience hearing how business is conducted from my chinese friends.

the Chinese consumer council forwarded me a copy of the letter they sent to hashra.com regarding my complaint. I encourage anyone and everyone that sent hashra.com funding through ANY means IE: BTC, Wiretransfer whatever.. to file reports with all the various legal authorities listed in this post. They are investigating Simon and the more complaints registered the better.

You may see Xircom (who magically reappeared in hashra threads just now after being absent during the 2+ months of delays) and lifeforcepools soon claim that they received their miners. They will probably post some pictures too. So far they are following the MAT scam script to the letter.

Here we are.. a third of the way through March and as expected the only thing has been put out is Hashra's website lol we have all been scammed... File reports with all the legal body's regardless of payment method... throw as much dirt as you can at these assholes from Hashra.com

Will ship in 30 days.. from today? which would bring us into April.. yet another push back.. I paid them nearly 7 months ago and haven't seen anything, not even a refund after being told twice I would receive one. We have been totally ripped off and I encourage everyone to file legal action against Simon A Bright / Hashra.com

Ship in 30 days?  They were now supposedly going out by this weekend, but Simon said that is was hard to get tracking #s over the weekend.

i do not think that Simon has set out to scam anyone.
circumstances have contributed to this outcome.


however, there is no delivery nor any information about deliveries.


hashra.com collected my money on the basis that a product would be delivered - so far nothing after months of waits and delays.

now, it is time to use technology to find them.

so i would suggest that we keep on filling cases with the authorities - while we seek out the responsible parties.
amongst this groups there are sufficiently intelligent people who can utilize technology in amazing ways.

Just filed the IC3 report. Im done with this asshole. He wont reply now again, what a surprise. He lied to us all again. I don't know if his website is actually taken down or if its really in maintenance mode. But we all really need to write into his hosting company like I did and even talked with the hire ups at the hosting firm explaining that all this guy is doing is taking money and not producing product.

And simon if your reading this, All I asked for was you to be honest with us. , If you were unable to produce the product to refund the money. I have asked you to stay in contact with me and that failed.

I will provide the ic3 case number when I receive it
i emailed his hosting company and a day later i got a reply from simon saying the chips were late. he replied to my email. he isnt replying now and i think he changed webhost.

This great excuses looks exactly the same as Alpha Technology excuses. They promised Q2/Q3 2014, but they did not even send order for chips manufacturing during July. Promised that shipping will be last two weeks of July 2014 (LIED to press us pay remaining amount). Just for your information, we are still waiting for their miners, their updates are les than once a month and they still promise "miners will be very soon".

I am very sorry, but Hashra seems to be in serious troubles.
