My clockcoin wallet is not syncing. It download complete block chain still it says out of sync.  0 active connections to clock network.

I disabled firewall and tried it still shows the same out of sync.  Is the windows version absolute is it working for anybody?

i installed new wallet version and downloaded the blockchain too. but after that it says "Error loading blkindex.dat"

We would to reiterate that Cloak is a community project. A number people currently working on Cloak came from the Cloak community and helped to resurrect the project after the previous team departed. New people have joined the team since, also from the Cloak community. Cloak is still an unfunded project and team members work on a volunteer basis as Cloak has no budget to pay for staff members. If any newcomers to Cloak have the relevant skills and would like to get involved in the project, you are as always welcome.
 
We are still keen to have the Enigma and CloakShield code audited prior to code release and would like to get this process kickstarted. Releasing without an audit would be irresponsible and an audit would allow us to address any potential issues and suggested improvements prior to public code release. To this end, we have set up both a Cloak and BTC address for funding the audit. Collecting funds for the audit will give us a good idea of the prospective budget and allow us to get things moving. If anyone here is interested in auditing the code, or knows someone who is, then please get in touch.

In other news, as you're hopefully aware, we are currently in the process of moving Cloak to a new codebase, in preparation for code release. The Enigma and CloakShield code will be ported to the new codevase as part of this process. For audit purposes, the Enigma and CloakShield code could be audited in the existing codebase to save time and any changes could be made to the new codebase prior to release. We've also sourced some funds for a new development Mac, which is now in the posession of our mobile developer who will soon begin work on an iOS based Cloak wallet for iPhone/iPad etc. We will keep you updated as development progresses.

I'm not sure why you are continuously bashing the price growth of this coin? Are you trying to decrease the price of the coin? If so, why?

Every coin is a speculative investment, and every "good" coin goes through large jumps in price - check the history of most top 100 coins and you will see rises equal to or greater than cloak. Last I checked there were about 200 coins worth 10 million in market cap, and about 50 worth 100 million in market cap. I think you're somewhere between a top 50 and a top 100 coin? Is there a reason this coin is not a top coin? Should people not believe in this coin?

I don't think it's your place to determine the market cap and growth of the coin, but bashing the price growth certainly make it look like you may be trying to do so? 

It might make more sense to stick to the updates on tech of the coin and let the market decide what the growth of the coin will be, as it reads like you're attempting to deter potential investors (and will most certainly discourage the existing investors)...unless of course you have an alternate reason.

luckykey.....i totally agree with your comments....i invested a shitload in this coin form 4 months ago untill yesterday morning. we the investros make the market and because of that the market cap goes up or down and when we make profits then we are able to fund cloak to get stuff done imho.
why give these warnings? is there a double agenda?
otherwise will sell my approx. 7500 cloaks directly instead of hodl and fund this project.

We are not bashing the price down, but we know a lot of newbies are coming into crypto without any experience in investing. What we want to say is "Invest only what you can afford to lose!"

The quickest way for an upcoming coin to lose community building momentum is going on a relatively significant upward trend only to correct severely causing the newbies that invest at the peak to lose money.  This is bad for the coin.

Now there has been no significant news yet the coin is rising rapidly and may well be the chosen pump and dump of the month.  Nothing wrong with protecting the growing cloakcoin community against this.  The devs clearly want slow and steady growth so there is nothing wrong with that.
