But this is so frustrating... I downloaded the Mac OSX wallet from the official CloakCoin.com site and when I launch it in my Macbook Air, it just keeps saying wallet out of sync. I have waited for a while and still it does not sync. Anyone know why? I would really appreciate any info on this?

actually there is no step in between. when you first install the wallet (and there was no wallet and blockchain before) you can only click "OK" and the blockchain download (as zip) starts. you cannot do anything else here. so maybe the download was broken due to a lost connection or sth then you'd get an error like (cannot extract zip)or sth like that. ok cu in the chat to give you direct help ...

Version 2.2.2.0 'rEVOLUTION'- ENIGMA Engine v1.1 - Enigma functionality is not backwards compatible. Older nodes will not be able to interface with updated nodes.
This release also fixes a major issue with active Enigma addresses and crash errors when trying to send Enigma transactions on a Mac.

Okay, so reading the instructions for Mac Ox wallet, I never got the 8th step where it is supposed to give a warning and say "Can't find local blockchain.....Would you like to auto-download it?'

Blockchain Cruise and Core Team Meeting

Big thank you to the team at Coinsbank for hosting such a well run event, onboard the Blockchain Cruise in the Mediterranean.
I met so many incredible people , built lasting relationships and made lifelong friends.
I caused a bit of a stir in response to a distasteful bet that was proposed between Jimmy Song and Roger Ver.
I wrote about that in detail in another post you can check out if you like:



One of the major highlights for me was meeting Omar from Crypt0’s News, which is one of my favourite YouTube channels.
Had a great chat with him and his lovely partner Elle while catching a taxi boat from Monaco back to the ship after a day of exploring.



In fact, after my contribution to the Song/Ver debate, Elle and Omar pulled me aside for a quick interview as part of their documentary about the Blockchain Cruise.
Also going to follow up and collaborate on some further content together.



Following my adventures atop the high seas, I spent some time in Barcelona working and then went to Munich in Germany.
Got to hang out with a few guys from the core team at CloakCoin and even squeezed in a couple of visits to the wonderful Oktoberfest.
We had some really productive meetings brainstorming new ideas and laying out some strategic plans for the coming months.

Around The Cloak Episode 02

As I was travelling, I had to get creative with how I could deliver the Around The Cloak monthly video update.
So I grabbed a selfie stick, makeshift mic setup and hit the pavement.
Munich is such a beautiful city and all the activity of Oktoberfest provided the perfect backdrop.




A few lessons were learned in the process of putting this video update together. Mainly the fact that a selfie stick doesn’t exactly allow for smooth, stable shots.
So I’ve invested in a DJI Osmo Mobile 2, that will allow me to keep filming in this format, but perfectly smooth.



New Coordinator Forthnightly Meetings

Upon my arrival home we locked in a fortnightly video call for our growing coordinator team.
Minus a few technical hiccups getting started, the first meeting was a great success and really helped us align all of our goals.
We each share updates, review the tasks on our Trello board and brainstorm ideas for each of our respective markets.
We’ve also decided on a CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) to further align our activities and keep track of progress with our adoption endeavours.
In the coming days I have some very exciting news to share and will also be heading to Las Vegas at the end of the month.
I will be representing CloakCoin at World Crypto Con, the biggest event on the crypto calendar.
