Absolutely agree with the point of giving out some coins for free. Althought giving all the premined coins in a free way and such percentual as 25% is too much, devalue the coin itself and could be a cause of mass dumps.

We will leave more than the 50% of coins to be mined with PoW and also will have PoS to further secure the network.

We would sell some coins as ESCROWED ICO  to have a starting fund to set up everything properly for payment gateways and merchants adoption.
Ganja coin will be promoted with a stand also at the next CannabisCup in Amsterdam and at the Spannabis in Barcelona. So we need some funds to rent the space for Exhibitors and promotional marketing.
Also GanjaCoin team will provide a wide range of merchants in the whole Europe that will accept our crypto. Not only coffeshop and cannabis clubs, but also clothing merchants, growshops, garden shops and everyone who sustain Ganja and Cryptocurrencies.

Also we would like to see the concrete investment interest for this GANJA project with our ICO. Investors will have some free gadgets too and some promos to shop out!
