Karma koins - can they help with fiat to bitcoin exchange?

I was down at my local supermarket today and while perusing the gift card stand stumbled across "karma koins".

They are a way to store fiat electronically and make it easy to purchase online games.  From what I can see there is no expiry date for the card.

These cards can be purchased at all the regular supermarkets, 711' etc

Could these cards be used to help with fiat to bitcoin exchanges? Perhaps a way to instantly send fiat cross border and/or without chargebacks? I.e. just send the PIN code.

Would be nice to be able to go grocery shopping and pick up a $50 karma coin card, get home and send the pin to Mtgox or whoever and get the fiat instantly deposited.

My understanding is they take like 30% or so from what they pay developers.  Unlikely they would even support a "game developer" who sells Bitcoins but even if they did we are talking a prohibitive markup.

We already have this integration into Bitinstant but we cutout Karma Coins.
