on a serious note, wasn't sp going to release a 170 sol miner for all pool? are you waiting for zawawa release sp?

I did a short attempt with Silent Army 5 cuda port and only got 140-150 sol/s with oc. on the gtx 1070. The nicehash miner is doing 260 with 2 threads (heavily modded tromp kernel). So I guess you need some heavy modding to get it up to Claymore speeds. 1-2 weeks fulltime work at least.
All because the $10000 student opensource miner is so shitty...

I still don't get the 250 other people are getting. OC'd (+600 mem) my 1070s get 220 a piece on the latest.

Pretty sure Equihash can be duel mined due to the available overhead. 1070s aren't remotely fully utilized. Probably could throw some SIA in there. Obviously you can't mine anything that uses memory, but SIA is almost entirely GPU.

Trying to duel mine right now with Equihash and a seperate miner leads to lower performance. You can't adjust the intensity down enough on miners to get them to work together nicely. I've been asking for a duel miner for ages for a bunch different algos, but if instead devs could make their miners work together better that'd also work.

I buy private Nvidia miners. Send information and/or inquiries to my PM box.

You need to run 2 or 3 instances of the miner and sum the numbers. then you can reach 250 easily.

pallas xcn is doing 35MH, can you reach that speed? it's the most profitable right now, even considering poloniex price it's near double the profit of zcash for nvidia

New feeminer for zcash (2% fee):

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1707546.0

250MHASH works on all pools.

Can anyone verify it?

The virustotal scan is clean, but the link is posted on a newbie account...

265-270Sols/s ON A GTX 980ti--

The NiceHash EQM miner gets 210-220 Sols/s on the same card.  The new fee-miner works on NanoPool (with a ZEC address) and NiceHash (with a BTC address).       --scryptr

EDIT:  The binary scanned as virus-free, also.      --scryptr

ANOTHER EDIT:  Mostly rejects on NiceHash after 1-2 minutes.  Haven't tried on NanoPool for a long period, but I suspect it would run just fine there.  NiceHash has proprietary stratum protocols.       --scryptr

Hi SP_ i did some tests with the lastest TPRUVOT version and i can reach 33M on Lyra2v2 not more.
at that speed a 1070 is not profitable, better stay with zcash on NH or even eth

i remember it was 40MH with 1070, is worse now? but even at 40Mh it's consume a lot of power and it's not profitable, so zcash is far better indeed

exactly my though Smiley not profitable, at least not with open source miners
no idea about 40MHz I tried all the miners i can think of, none of them went above 33MH but I use the card at 90W TDP, not OC, so...

ZOMG! Shocked
No way I will put that much power on my pretty G1 GAMING 1070s hehe, at that TDP the card will probably operate at 70c or more, no way.
