When you deposit bitcoins into circle account do they convert it to USD right away? Can you cash out to credit card or debit card?

yes you can cash out to your debit card but not credit card as far as i can tell. maybe restrictions are different for each country, but for me in Canada I can deposit with debit/credit and withdraw to debit only.
