Conditions of the ICO on Bittrex:

Bittrex will be hosting the Equinox ICO. As a reminder, we are providing escrow for the development team. We are not endorsing this coin or any others on our exchange. Please do your own research before trading. Below are the FULL and DEFINITIVE terms for this ICO; no other conditions are required.

* We will review the wallet before initially adding it.
* We will put up for sale 21,600,000 coins at 800 satoshis. Any unsold coins will be destroyed
* The ICO will run for 17 days starting October 13, 2014 and ending October 30, 2014
* If success conditions are NOT met, all BTC invested will be refunded through a buy wall.
* Once the ICO is over we will verify there is working wallet, blockchain, and block explorer.
* We will hold the funds in escrow for 3 days - at which time, we will release the funds.

We want to introduce you to an idea of media service EqxCloud that emerged in the process of development our currency Equinox.

EqxCloud will be released in the form of client for all main PC platforms. Also our service will be available on mobile platforms.
EqxCloud will be maximally easy in use. Our currency will be used as a means of payment. Media service will be located at our hosting eqxcloud.eqx-m.com.  Implementation of this project will take some time, but this is not a distant future!

Media services will include the following sections:

-Exchange (primarily here will be available the following types of exchange: EQX/USD, EQX/EUR, EQX/BTC, EQX/LTC. Over time there will be a new types of exchanges);
-An online store(a great range of products such as video games, music, electronics, clothes, and so on);
-Online games (casino, etc.);
-Online wallet (used to pay for all services in EqxCloud. To pay for our services will be apply the following currencies: EQX, BTC, USD. Autoconvertation will be available. Two-factor authentication will be set up to protect against hacking.);

Please could you tell me why you need ''180BTC'' to do:

1: Goods with logo (China made Cups and hats?)
2: Advertising in the mass media (This is not affective)
3: Online shop (Selling cups and hats?)
4: Exchange December (Not important to ICO holders, No importance at all)

Please answer me and not just delete my post.

I really don't understand why the price tag but would like to have more information. Important information looks well hidden from what i read and can easily be deceiving.

I really don't understand why the price tag but would like to have more information. Important information looks well hidden from what i read and can easily be deceiving.

  The priority objective for us is to support a coin "afloat". Other objects, such as exchange and online shop, stood in the background. If the coin won't be popular, then what is the point to create a stock exchange and so on?
  Thus, first of all the money received by ICO will go to the maintenance of the coin.And the more money will be at our disposal, then the more well-known our currency will be. In addition, we will post all the information about our wallets and you will be able to control all our expenses.
