Last I heard (end october), 17 devs have access to the github Nxt development code branch. Nxt is growing fast, because the fact is that the Nxt platform is awesome to build blockchain technology on top of it. Anyone that did not take a look at Nxt yet, should definitively take a look at it now.

And a few old farts like myself.........I never get how people think that Nxt is good at marketing.
Ask anyone who's actually involved in Nxt; we're great on the tech, and completely wobbly on marketing.

For example: CounterParty and Smart Contracts...XCP price doubled recently on the news that they could implement SC, while Nxt has had 2 separate SC implementations in development for a while now (and one simplified version already running).  Yay...marketing.

I will wager Jinn's skyrim mod/distributed multi player will be the breakthrough for Nxt. Though something could come out of SuperNet without any notice, it's got a lot of people excited and working that I think only James has an idea of everything  But I'll stick with Jinn at the moment.


6-12 months before any of that happens though I'd say, in which time most other alts that take up people's time and effort on here atm will fall away into oblivion, clearing the stage for some exciting times ahead

If the first level of CC development is coin and community creation, involving software creation for the coin and organizing to form a community, and if the second level is getting major CC exposure with placement on a prominent exchange, then the third level would be utility -- a CC graduates from a commodity to a currency with utility.   Our publication will help you where we can every step of the way.
