If I would default on my loan, you could easily exchange the USD from the Swap to BTC on the
bitfinex exchange tab and withdraw them to your own bitcoin wallet...
(after the current swap expires or even earlier if the trader chooses to close the position earlier)

According to current exchange rate the amount in my bitfinex account is worth ~0.15 BTC, therefore
easily covers the loan amount.

You could of course change the password and the e-mail address from my bitfinex account for the duration of the loan.
