Hey y'all - Sorry for letting the thread die.  Just updated the OP.

Payments - They will be made, faster as hash rate grows.  I payed FIFO and we got behind, so I am paying FILO as an attempt to keep the pool up.  After keeping a small buffer, surplus will be paid out to the oldest debt first.    

So, I am paying 103-105%, no fees.  That covers rejects, which are 2-3%.  
 
My operational costs are at a bare minimum, so the pool will keep going.  We'll find blocks when I upgrade hardware.  LTC pool coming, too.

Update: I have been making daily payments for awhile now...   So, if you can give me another shot, we can get you paid faster.  See, after I pay out for the day, I have enough left over to apply it to previous payments.  But with a lower hash rate and 25btc blocks it will take longer to get caught up with out growth.

If you are not getting more than 103-105%, you loosing by not mining with me.

Furthermore, I am the only public bonus pool alive since the change...still paying out daily and previous days.  Let's make it quicker, so send me some or all of your hashes and you will make more!

I got screwed by Pool Ops and @#$% flows down river, but I never give up, even when I should have.   

Since the shake up in BTC land, I have become very diversified to cover short term risk.

Thanks, I really appreciate it.  Keeping daily payouts and better communication is my priority...as well as paying off older miners!

I have time to try a few new things to further diversify MY risk, before I am able to contribute more hashes...

Side note to everyone: Please keep in mind that I don't work on the graphs, I just host the site.  If I crash the server or update it, please be bare with us as it take time out of a busy schedule to coordinate getting it back up.  PM would be cool to if I am not around...IRC is back up, too

Let's hope the people work to get their freedom back, it happened in USSR and is now in China.

I took a few days to build a buffer to maintain daily payments, however, I have been paying off miners everyday otherwise.  

Now, I am working on payments for 10/29 ending on 11/13 for most miners.  You will be paid every BTC owed as quick as possible.  See, I paid a high rate which exposed me to a lot of unknown risk as pool ops cheated miners (me too.)  Since 11/13, I tried to triage the losses due to the unpredictable (for me at least) pool op behavior and started to pay out current miners first to keep the pool going SO I could payout old miners.  It has been working, albeit slower as hash rate is stagnant.  

General note: To facilitate faster payments for miners who left and are awaiting payments, come back; If you are getting better than my rate, great and your patience is appreciated.  Some have diverted smaller portions of their overall hash rate back to me to ensure their older balances are paid quicker...  I hope you can see that I am in it for the long hall and I am working hard to make everyone whole again.  In the meantime, please check my progress by going back to the older tabs on the spreadsheet.
