I know very little about bitcoin, but my dear brother bought miner/s from Miner Hosting (minersource.net) at the end of last January/February, 2014. After a number of attempts to contact them, he still doesn't have the miner, or a refund. My husband and I feel sad for him as it really cost him. He sent me the two money transfer receipts tonight, as well as a frustrated e-mail he's again sent to the company. As I understand it, the miner won't do him much good now.

I've read a number of mixed reports about this company. Through Google Earth, I saw that their address is actually a UPS store at 3700 Quebec Street in Denver. Colorado (as noted on their site).

Do you think my brother has any chance of getting his money back? We live in Canada. Thank you for your feedback.

I've been reading about Black Arrow, which seems it may be associated with minersource.net, Miner Hosting llc? It's not looking good. Has anyone received a recent refund, or delivery of a miner ordered from minersource.net (Miner Hosting) before last February? If there are a significant number, how do these people stay in business without being investigated?!!
