I would love to go to the Amsterdam conference but it is during the week and I have to work.

But I will be going to the London conference that weekend.

Half of participants won't be there because they can't pay the costs of travel or their bitcoin related business went bankcrupt. I'm sure the conference will be a great success.

I think last years May uptrend didn't necessarily result from the conference. We were in a general downtrend back then and people anticipated the price to go up in June/July, thus they bought in anticipation. Nothing more than a little self-fulfilling prophecy back then. Didn't work out, unfortunately...
