my advice to everyone is to hold on to their hard earned BTC
do not send BTC to anyone for investment or mining.
if you realy want to,  send them cash,  that way you will only loose your cash and even get some BTC before you do.
the point being,  BTC is far more valuable than cash. Only risk cash.
thats my opinion anyway.

Yeah, I think he suggested that there was no direct evidence of this being an outright ponzi, but was there any?

The 3.546PH AMHash's hashrates have disappeared since 25th Dec 2014. We found this problem two days later,we asked friedcat,he said it was mining farm's maintenance issues,hashrates would come back soon.But one week later,hashrates didn't come back yet.When we asked FC again, we were told that all mining devices were robbed by the partner of the mining farm.And all hashrates were out of control.
After then, FC told us that hashrates from new mining farms will be deployed, but we didn't know the amount at that time.Right now, we still don't receive any update from those new hashrates.

When the program was announced in the summer of 2014, Aquifer was described as a “strategic partner”. According to MBP, Aquifer was the recipient of more than 700 TH/s in mining power since the partnership began.

MBP owner Dave Carlson told CoinDesk that he was unaware of the bankruptcy filing and had been unable to communicate with the Aquifer team in the past month, adding that the hashing power the MBP mining pool had received from Aquifer dropped off roughly two weeks ago.

"My focus will be to attempt to recover my equipment from their location," he said.

In any case this is fucked up, not only AM/FC part of it but Rockminer/Amhash too - why drag it out for so long? So they were running as a real ponzi for more than two months now and taking new suckers in (well until havelock keeled over) as if nothing happened. Brilliant.

This is the same fairy tale that PBmining came out with: "I've been robbed (of virtual shares)..." which is easier than robbing like a ton of miners and power supps, etc. (how many trucks would they have needed?)

They did it so good that even fooled Puppet, or maybe Puppet was an accessory to it (supposing only)

Ok, i recovered all the money from PBmining, i will do the same with this one.
