I think it's a way to pay for making regular calls but you have to sign up probably through the wallet or a service to get the key.

all depends on the dev.  you got to look at viorcoin price as similar to the mpesa economy telcom minutes have a value, if he sets the price to low then people who have coins wont buy into the gateway service and people wont use the gateway because the liquidity of the market wont allow people to buy in cheaper than the subscription price, if he sets it to high then hell have trouble getting more people to use the service because they mey not want to pay that much.
  tough call he has to set the price high enough so holders will subscribe and sell some for profit below his subscription, but low enough so people wont think they are gambling when they subscribe.


if i had to guess the price of his subscription will drive the price of vior up between 25-45k satoshis.  then he will slowly raise the price as the total users of viorcoin increases.

everything that has been posted so far pans out, but since i dont have access to buying a subscription i cant tell you much about the gateway.
