This thread is very slow, whats happen with this coin?

Just busy working on 2.1 right now.  I keep updates on twitter but I post announcements here as well as our forums.  Did you need help with anything?

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

I may not have a big share of coins but this coin will be my first longterm investment inside of alts. Hoping to become a part of this community.

If you have 0 Neos you're welcome.  Neos is about more than just being a currency or a piece of software.  Our community has grown and has some of the nicest and most talented people I've had the opportunity to speak with almost on a daily basis..  Neos is more about quality and synergy than the conversion rate.  Welcome to the community.  If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask I'm at your disposal.  Thank you very much for the support!

     Best regards,

syntaks

What URL are you using for the download?  I'm on the server and there aren't any issues showing and none reported other than this case.  We'll get the wallet to you one way or another even if I have to email it to you.  I'd much rather figure out what's going on with your download though.

Definitely nothing in the logs.  Could you show me the output of a ping/traceroute?  In the meantime, I'll put the installer up on google docs just to get it over to you.

I'll PM you the URL as I don't want to leave a potential opportunity for someone to obscure the URL and reference it as valid by my previous post.  Just as a note, unless it comes directly from me and it's "off-site" as in not from neoscoin.com - do not download it.  Please report it to me if you can.

After you've installed, click the lightning bolt icon in the top menu please, and then click "Update Now".  After that's done, you'll have some new features installed as well as some other fixes along the way.  Backups are done for you automatically every 24 hours, but you can also click the wrench icon up top and do a manual backup from the tools section.  Just let me know if you need a hand with anything.

What tempus said =)  I keep my email in the background in one window, our forums and twitter in tabs and instant messengers on one screen with an IRC client in a console hovering over those in the event someone needs help and so in between coding I can check to see if anyone else needs me on twitter/etc.  The other two screens are consoles with code and the third is a macbook for the osx-related tasks.  I'll make announcements here and update folks just about the same time I do everywhere else, but unless someone specifically comes on here and asks for help there's really not much else to say (I do watch the thread).  I appreciate your enthusiasm and belief that we "should" be 20k sats, but in all reality value is only defined by the quality seen in the product it represents.  With that being said, I don't feel too many people have seen Neos still.  There are people contacting me for information lately asking about Neos as they've never heard of it.

Just voted on Cryptsy (1231 total votes for NEOS). Yet we're far behind many coins. I think that's because of paid voting many coins manage to get.

I hate paid voting. It's no better than a bribe.

When I spoke with Horus the other night on the radio, he said it would be better to see unique IPs voting, rather than paid votes anyhow.  So there's definitely proof of interest there, it's just a matter of when/if cryptsy decides to add us.  I think being listed there could add a certain new dynamic to the market as many people only trade there.
