Hello! There is an idea in my mind coming back and forth for about a year. At first I pushed it back but now can give a try and looking for the community feedback - is it something worthwhile or just another whim.

The subject is a platform for seeking aid in resolving issues  which one can't/won't handle by oneself: users can create issues and enlist related persons. Issue include a furtherance application backed by reward. Any other user can come up with his own proposal of solution to the issues and/or another amount of reward so author can approve it and set as desired outcome.
Also author must approve participation of executant and after that the resolution method can't be changed (as a possibility there can be few executants competing with each other).
At this stage funds are transferred into the system and will wait  for the result of actions performed.
To receive reward  executant must show some kind of evidence that job is done or  author confirms that  by himself

So, basically, it's a freelance service with tor and bitcoins.

What do you think?
