French cars are comfortable but the worst kind of trash . They are unable to make any reliable car since the Laguna MK1. Only Italian cars are more doggy.

Who doesn't like French cars? Bugatti isn´t really a french car anymore. Those are designed and developed by VW and AUDI engineers, so you can say they are germans now. Overall, italian cars are rusting faster and like most french cars, they are dead after 10-12 years of usage.

Who doesn't like French cars? Bugatti isn't really a french car anymore. Actually, it never really was to begin with. The company (founded by an Italian immigrant) was originally located in Germany, but was located on land given to France as reparations for WW I.

Korea is doing some excellent work (Hyundai). They may already be better than Japan. The US and GB know how to make great cars, they just won't do it.

I wouldn't touch anything American made except Tesla - and they still need a few years to work out the bugs.

French cars are like other cars, not bad, not good. Maybe we can state that they are below average. But people who think french car is crap must look at this: F1 championships, Automakers: (Italy) Ferrari: 16 championships. (France) Renault: 12 (USA) Ford: 10 (UK) Williams: 9 (UK) McLaren: 8 (UK) Lotus: 7 (Japan) Honda: 6 (Austria) Red Bull: 4 (UK) Climax: 4 (Germany) Mercedes: 3 (Germany) TAG: 2 (UK) Brabham: 2 (Australia) Repco: 2 (UK) Cooper: 2 (Italy) Benetton: 1 (France) Matra: 1(UK) Tyrell: 1 (UK) Brawn : 1 (UK) Vanwall: 1 So for the real Automakers: Ferrari: 16 Renault: 12 Ford: 10 Lotus: 7 Honda: 6 Mercedes: 3 TAG (Porsche): 2 If we look at the WRC: (Italy) Lancia: 10 (France) Citroën: 8(France) Peugeot: 5(USA) Ford: 3 (Japan) Toyota: 3 (Japan) Subaru: 3 (Italy) Fiat: 3 (Germany) Wolkswagen: 2 (Germany) Audi: 2 (Japan) Mitsubishi: 1 (France) Renault: 1(France) Talbot: 1
As always, take facts before, then talk.

For Alsace the "land given by Germany as reparations". er... sorry not exact: Alsace voted the union with france in 1798. And was lost by french after the 1870 war, France recovers Alsace in 1918.
