There is no fixed maximum supply. Currently the inflation is around 8%. After the QPOS integration the inflation will be capped at 1%. |

The "Max Blocks" limitation is a great feature to enable and accidentally forget,... but it certainly speeds testing up....

Anyone who is still running a testnet node, I finally tracked down a issue that caused clients to drop a chain and take all blocks as orphans, requiring a restart to get back on the chain.
The fix behaves much better, especially in cases where clients may not have a stable network connection.
To use the fix just pull the latest commits on the qpos-3.0 branch and rebuild.
The branch is qpos-3.0 as this issue does not impact the master branch (default branch).
I’m testing the qpos-3.0 branch with mainnet now.
I will let everyone know when the qpos-3.0 branch can be used on mainnet. This will not add Junaeth (formerly known as qPoS) to the mainnet, but the idea is that the transition from traditional PoS to Junaeth will be seamless, meaning the Junaeth client can run on mainnet without any problems.
If you are techincal and want to help, I invite you to run the qpos-3.0 branch on mainnet. If you need help building the daemon, please let me know. Qt clients (GUI clients) are not available for the qpos-3.0 branch at this time.
