i search cryptoxchange.com on forum and i was surprise to find out a numerous of scams complains. I'm interested in buying gold bars from them but so far i got no response at all on how to purchase the gold bars or how the delivery will take place.
If anyone has experience with them please post here it will help me a lot

Hi Sorry for the delay, the person in charge of our bullion products will reply ASAP.

All prices in the store are in Australian Dollars. You can deposit funds into the exchange and purchase directly, however for freight & insurance outside of Australia we need to quote you based on the delivery area.

Just following up in regards to this issue you are saying about Crypto X Change and Scam.

We have been operating our exchange for some time now and have many very happy clients, we have had a couple of scammer / fraudulent clients who have posted mis information and that is about it, in which we just ignore as we cannot make public the private information of these fraudulent users. If anyone has any particular complaints please do let us know!
