Putin is going to try fear selling like any other politician, i dont understand the actual economics but just the psychology of politicians, cant trust them.

yes oil is at $ 80 now and world economic is depresed now.
lot of things caused that , war ,ebola etc.
this is not cheap issue made by some politician like always , but this is real happen now.

I think Putin's country's major cash source is natural gas and oil sales, and if the price goes down he's got serious problems.
