You'll keep getting scammed if you try to buy BTC for paypal here unless you deal with someone trusted. Only problem is you're still new so I doubt any trusted member will sell to you for paypal.

Did you confirm it with him that you were intending on selling it? Before it can be proven that it was a scam, you need to provide proper proof that such a transaction was agreed upon prior and then that he failed to pay...

If it's a fake account, he could've withdrawn the money within the span of the transaction. His account would have a negative balance, and PayPal wouldn't really do anything about it. You should really just use something like localbitcoins.com, since it's trusted. Buying through PayPal is something that's not covered by their terms of service, so anyone that sold to you would be VERY wary after the fact.

I do not think that account fake, becouse is verified.

Its a rare thing to find a trustable seller who ll accept paypal as a payment method. Unless you are shopping over ebay.
