I am looking to hire a web designer & developer for a small project.
The project will be a tracking & control panel for distributed Bitcoin miners.

I am paying via LR or Bitcoin.

More information please.

"distributed Bitcoin miners"? That could mean any number of things. Do you just want a frontend, or will you also need a backend? Do you want it in any specific language? Would the programmer be working with solely you or a team?

Developer will only be developing the control/tracking panel.
My software will connect to the panel, send some stats (which should be displayed to user) and grab commands/tasks (set by the user).

This is a tiny project, only 1 developer is needed.

If necessary, I can give previously created panels for you to modify to work with my software so you don't need to design anything additional.
