It is a well known issue that they have the slowest withdrawal process, maybe atm they do not have that amount (9.84btc) then they asked you to make 49 x 200mbtc withdrawals. Indeed, it does not make senses why they should ask this type of withdrawal.
Keep updating your issue here and in the scam accusation thread, hope you'll get your money. Anyway why you decided to deposit and play in this site while there are some issues like their rigged slot games and slow withdrawal?

The power of hindsight here. I didn't find their site from this forum, I only registered in September here, but I had an account at BTC-Casino from 2015 already (I played once before and lost, never came back until now). When I play at a casino/betting site that I don't trust, I always take plenty of screenshots and video when I'm winning. I know what some bad PR can do to deter potential customers - it's the only thing you can really do to protect yourself when you're playing with BTC in the wild west.

I'm only here to help other people now by bringing some of the evidence out and shining a light on it. I will hold them accountable to what they owe me, or label them scammers and move on. If they attempt to discredit me or dispute anything in here, I have plenty more proof that hasn't been posted in the scam thread. Will keep you all posted if they ever pay.

After I posted the scam thread, they fake hacked my account. I received a password reset link and immediately the account was compromised. Funny story though, my email has 2FA (you cannot get in without my phone in your hand). Also, Google keeps a log of all accesses on gmail, there wasn't anything out of ordinary there.

I use unique passwords for everything, and 2FA where available.

After I posted my update in the scam thread calling them out for what they were probably planning on doing, I was able to record the tail end of them draining out my balance to zero while I talked with live chat. Video is in the thread.

I don't know what else needs to be said, this is 100% scam casino now.

First of all, sorry for your lose mate. It was unexpected that they would do something like this. First they ask you to make 200mbtc x 49 withdrawals then they drained out your balance.
Hope all DT members will see this issue then give more negative trust to this site to warn the community. It is obviously a scam attempt, but a bit curious to see what this OP will say about your issue. His last active was on 4th, maybe he will back tomorrow and lets see what he will say.

They use pirated software, they can easily manipulate the expected return, fortunately you save your 5 btc.

It took some time to collect information from our system to clarify what has really happened.
We are going to add some facts that we found out from our gaming software analytics, we suppose you have to know.

According to our analytics, after mdexm has made lots of small bets playing in Roulettes and gained 9.84 BTC he put the withdrawal requests and started 
making big bets in Starburst slot, 1 BTC each bet. So he made 18 Spins and it took 2, 5 minutes to reach zero balance.

mdexm, we mention that at the time when you fixed the accident and earlier, your account was logged in from two
IPs - Canadian (originally registered with this IP and Sweden one). Your screen of blockchain account has Russian interface. Interesting.

mdexm, most likely you are a foreteller, cause how a person can screen thoroughly his account with big win and then
login exactly at that minute when his balance began to change.
What it the probability of logging in while somebody else logged your account and loses your balance exactly at this time.
Moreover, you were also prepared enough to take a video, though it`s quite difficult to notice the balance change while texting in livechat.

Unfortunately, your video lacks a full screen where a forum member can see
that you are not playing parallelly in the open 2nd tab or another browser. It`s possible.
As you can see in the video the balance amount increases and decreases because someone is betting at this time.
Guys, we are witnesses of a Magical Miracle when a player caught a moment of robbing his account in video,
don`t forget he had only 2,5 minutes to do that. Are you as quick and attentive as mdxm is?
Do you think it`s possible in the real life situation?

Someone knew that he has to screen the big balance.
Someone knew that the video has to contain only cropped area.
And someone took video at the right time.
Looks like a prepared insinuation.

We just leave this screen where you can see that user made bets of 1 BTC and correspond it with video.
Everybody makes his own conclusions, we just shared our opinion.
Sorry if it`s a bit delayed, but didn`t want to judge before having real facts in hands.

but can you try to fix the fact that games should not experience errors, and if they do experience errors dont let the user continue playing when they can experience bugs? It happened to me with mobile games not being able to process bonus rounds which have a negative outcome for the user.

It`s just a good show to make, most of the people really liked it. Of course, they think casino employees can rob player`s account while the player is online. None of that. But everybody believes that we did that.

We were going to payout.
That is why we asked him to divide it into small transactions, to make it every day approving them in portions. Our players can prove this way we do it with big wins.

could just be a security issue, if you mess up the address or  if something is not correctly processed it could mean the entire amount is gone

Yeah, I totally drained 9.84 btc hours after posting a scam thread, while talking to live chat. It totally didn't happen within minutes of me getting a password reset link behind my 2fa gmail and seeing someone talking to live chat on my account after I checked.

I also didn't warn your casino I was recording this stuff, so it's a total surprise I was able to catch it on video.

Using pirated and fake games is shame of a casino, they don't have money to buy authentic software, and they bust players with pirated sofaware means the result can be cheated.

There is no hope for him to get the money back, as you can see his balance is drained already. Even if the balance is still in his account, I dont think he will get it.
