Just to be clear on this, if I buy a Google voice account from you, and I don't live in the USA, will I be able to call my friends in the US on their mobiles and landlines for free over wifi? If not, then how can someone outside the US benefit from having these accounts?

If you are outside USA, You can send/receive SMS and receive calls from your USA friends for free. In order to make calls you will need to buy credits. It is still way cheaper than normal international calling rates. Hi Power, always me, i want buy one of this. Send you 2$ btc now.
