We now accept investments on the following bitcoin address:

1J8BJKyV2dJZfESdY5w6CQ1n7b9rt4UJH5

The business model has been updated. We will primarily invest in development projects within the Bitcoin community.

8.5 BTC gets you 0.1% of the shares once the company has been registered on GLBSE or a competing platform.

0.85 BTC gets you 0.01% of the shares and so on. We will give away a maximum of 10% of the shares on this investment occasion.

Happy investing : )

You don't give up easily do you? One could argue if that is one of your good attributes as an entrepreneur or just plain blindness from reality. Anyway I am going to give it the benefit of the doubt and pretend I am interested.

You mentioned there is a business model, an updated one in fact, but have failed so far to explain what it is.

Why would anyone invest in your company?
What product or service does your company deliver? Why is it unique?
What have you got to offer that we cannot easily do ourselves? I can just as easily invest BTC on GLBSE myself.

Until you can answer all of these questions in detail, no one is going to take you seriously and you are just making a bigger fool of yourself believing someone is actually going to send you money (except out of pity).

This is to all newcomers to this thread:

Relax, have fun, invest.

Instead of relaxing and having fun, you might want to work a little and earn that $45 Wink

I think I have cracked this nut now.

We will offer profit shares as dividends.

We will get started as soon as the funding has been raised.

This could be the biggest thing since bitcoin : )

Invest now, join the joyride!

I invest time in this thread.

Time is money, or in this case BTC.

However, the value of the BTC is increasing more rapidly than the value of my time, at least from a liquidity perspective.

Hence my commitment.

The question is whether I should create one asset or many assets.

If I create a sole asset which eventually gains a certain market value (anything above zero) I cannot just issue new shares and offer to developers, because each share would already have a value.

Nothing would then stop the developers from cashing in by selling their shares before they have made a valuable contribution. On the other hand it would be administratively more challenging to represent multiple assets.

You will not be creating any asset at all because nobody will send you money. At this point it doesn't even matter if you're a wannabe scammer or a wannabe fond manager. You've been trolling this forum for NINE WEEKS now and you couldn't come up with 100 USD of your own. No one is going to invest a single bitcent in your "fond", even if you miraculously succeeded to get on the GLBSE. You've disqualified yourself in every imaginable way. Get real.

Truth in advertising he did say "could".  It "could" be the biggest thing since bitcoin or it "could" be a complete loss for everyone involved.

Given the OP needs to beg for a listing fee much less the startup capital my guess is on the later.

I have given it some thought and I would actually like to sweeten the deal by offering 0.1% of the shares in return for the 8.5 BTC.

LOL Cheesy

Valuing your non-existent, non-profit company at 8500btc.

Hey, be careful. You don't want to disqualify yourself from this great investment opportunity!

Everyone who says scam or posts negative remarks have automatically disqualified themselves as investors in this project.

SCAM!!!

Oh, nuts. Now I'm disqualified!  Shocked

Well, found out what our friend really wanted the 8.5 BTC for.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=94793.msg1048398#msg1048398

Now let me take a wild guess 'sron'. You wanted to withdraw 8.5 BTC anonymously through the ATM, by any chance?

LOL  Grin

You have a strange kind of humor and an even stranger idea of business.

Maybe you should seriously consider the fart in a jar idea.
