I have sent 30 PPC to PEaCZFRSKiqW9zD7shDTNBmUJrnX6KeV9E from my wallet + fee , after few hours, status still processing. I tried to check on blockr.io ( http://ppc.blockr.io/address/info/PEaCZFRSKiqW9zD7shDTNBmUJrnX6KeV9E ) and there was no transaction or unconfirm transaction.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

From the peercoin discussion, I think you have been scammed and their support isn't going to help you as it is a deliberate scam.
Sorry for your loss.
