First things that you can do is to create a post in the section of scam accusation and explain what's happened. Then, BE CAREFUL everytime that you touch your coin to make something ! Especially with newbie !

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

If the OP gives us the name of the account he sold, people can neg trust him to the point where people wouldn't want to deal with him, essentially making it useless. Signature campaigns tend to want people with reputable statuses (correct me if I'm wrong)
