In 'My Messages', Inbox contains the Personal Messages I received. However, Outbox is empty. I can't seem to find my own messages (which I sent to others) anywhere.

Is this a bug or supposed to happen?

It's a stupid design decision that SMF made. You have to check "Save a copy of each Personal Message in my outbox by default." in Personal Message Options if you want it to save your future PMs.

There is also a checkbox "Save a copy in my outbox" when you send a PM.
