But for better protection,get a old clean(not connected to internet ever) computer,put factoidpapermill on it, create a address with private key
or even a couple addresses with a couple of private keys and send your factoids to these addresses.
And very importent safe these private keys!!!!!
If you make one adres with private key with for example 2 factoids in it,than you can try it out to put them in the enterprice wallet.

I am in factom for more than 2 years now.(just the factoids and  hahaha not the company)
i never used slack......is it worth to subscribe?
Its kind of painfull if you look at other coins,but i still believe in factom.
Hopefully everything goes well in the company.......sometimes i doubt it because you dont hear much.
But hey why do they need to inform us.....they are here for big companys and ......they need to be informed.
Time will tell.....
I am not sure but maybe even ethereum does not have any real life usecases.
This is a strange market because you think that factom did not went up but money wise it went up for me from 0.80 till 18.

Yes, this was mentioned on slack. Is it worth to subscribe? Well, it depends, if you want to talk to people there, then yes, sure. If you want to get just a few lines of info, then probably not.

I just read their whitepaper (from 2014) again. They rely on the BTC blockchain. At that time that was a revolutionary idea.
But in summer 2017 you have at least 2 other, and much more efficient, options to do what factom stands for:
ETH and NEO.
I hope the Chinese will make them board the NEO train. That would be great news.

that's why more crypto project really wanted to integrated with the system of our economy so more useful development more people and
businessman to adopt the project and for that factom will not be nearing from btc as in term of success.

banks and institutions first tried to make own private blockchains,maybe they know now that isn't working.
Now they play around and testing the bitcoin blockchain and ethereum.
Maybe together with factom.
Because they know it will save them lots of money.
If you look at factom you allready see a company thats in this system of banks,insurrance,goverment,security maybe even nasdaq.....china...etc...(traditional economy)
Dont underestimate this just looking at marktcap.........
Nothing is sure here but when you put some puzzlepieces together it sure looks legit!
Maybe 2018 will be the year that companies gona use blockchain bigtime.
Now everybody is gathering information and testing diffrent kind of blockchains.
I dont think there is gonna be one blockchain to rule them all......so competion is healty.
But i do think that factom is here to stay.

Oh yes, NEO cooperation would be a really big think. It seems to be that one can reach $150 in the future, at least. China likes their domestic products.

I purchased some Factoms at their ICO. Now I'm ready to trade them. All I have is my Factom seed phrase (about 12 random words). Is there a Factom wallet? If yes, which one should I use? I use Windows 10.
