Hi

I regularly have need to buy small amount of bitcoins. Payment via NEFT/IMPS

PM me your offers. Please quote in terms of Bitstamp/ Preev +/- x(%) as I would want to deal long term and don't want to bargain on rates again and again.

Please do not PM if you are quoting an absolute amount like 22k/BTC or similar as you know, that rate is valid only for today and you would not offer the same at a later point of time.

may be bcoz he is using different payment method that exchanges don't accept

or trying to hide from the taxman.

He could use localbitcoins, but the online prices are on the higher side.

Bank transfer and cash transactions are used. I don't think stuff like Moneypack, Skrill, Paypal etc are used.

Though those are not used much, they are supported feature on LB.
