hi i have a dell server that i am willing to rent out.

i used to run 16 VPS servers on here with no problems then run cpanel from the vps

8GB ram.
1TB sata.
8 to 16 public ip addresses.
ipmi over lan so you can power cycle server.
all ports open.

network is 15mb download and 1mb upload

i will install any linux system

if these specs are any good to you let me know what you  are willing to pay for this and i will let you know

I am sorry but 15/1 network for 16VPS is definitely too slow. It could be enough for one or maybe two VPS.

i had 16 vps running but not all were using net at same time.

this would be great for web server or bitcoin proxy server or whatever else

all comes down to cpu and price then. im always interested in good deals
