Is it normal that when i mine with bitminter it is saying that i have 202 works united started on and 0 work accepted pls reply because this thing is freaking me out and i have lost a lot of time:) pls help.

when i open bitminer it gives me this in the cmd of the windows

That is just saying that your workers are calibrating...you are trying to mine bitcoin?  With those specs?

What you described as the hardware you are mining with is very low for bitcoin mining.

It would be extremly hard to compete with asics with a standard computer.

You should look into alt coin mining.  I highly suggest doing ROI math most GPU/CPU mining costs more then it brings in.   Asics are your best chance.
