I've designed simple flowchart for wallet creation procedure. I need offline software which will create wallets and export xls file.
Detailed UML will be provided later. Let me know approximate quotes for such development.

Identifier will be created from inputs of mmddyy+time

You can make this easily but if you set the same date and username it will make the same.

I want it to fetch date and time from inbuilt data in windows. How is it going to same? I think, random seed generator has nothing to do with date and time.
