Altcoin Creation Needed X11, X13 or NeoScrypt

Hello!
I would like to hire someone to create a new altcoin based on X11, X13 or NeoScrypt. You will also need to be able to create compiled Mac, Windows and Linux wallets for this new altcoin. I will also need your help to get up and running mining this new altcoin. You will need to provide me with the source code as well. An altcoin based on SHA256 or Scrypt will not work for this project.

Experience creating altcoins and wallets for Mac, Windows and Linux is required. If you have experience creating a blockchain explorer as well, that is a plus. No premine needed. Los Angeles resident preferred, but working remotely is also possible.

Please send your estimate for creating the new altcoin, wallets and getting me started mining. Also, please provide your hourly rate in USD (I can pay in BTC) for additional maintenance of the altcoin in the future.
