How is it related to silk road being shut down? Feds tracked it down because of altoids simple mistake with a single post on shroomery. There does not appear to be anything to suggest in the indictment that they had made any real progress attributing sr ownership before that point.

Your told what they want to tell you for one thing.
Spin shit around i am not biting.. you guys and your anon coin crap are full of it.

So sure your transactions can't be tracked then go for it cocky guys.
let me know how that works out for you.

Does anybody here find it hard to take anybody seriously who boasts about their skills and accomplishments on an internet forum?

They are true and they are relevant and don't cry because your jealous.

I could not have made my point with out explaining.

The topic is ABOUT.. cracking.
So i have boasted about being a skilled cracker with a famous reputation.
This puts my point and bragging into context into the topic being discussed.

Sorry but some of us are world famous.. don't cry about it..
get off your ass and do the work that makes you famous.
i did because i earned it.

When i got a Job at Sprint doing computer work i was in a final interview with another applicant
and i just new the guy sitting beside me had heard of one of my online names
and probably had my computer cracks on his machines..
So i turned to him and i said ever used CueSteam ?
He said yeah your .cue ?
Pleased to meat you all excited..
Then i got the job  Cool

I got the job at sprint because of my bragging about my reverse engineering skills.

I brag because it what the topic is about.
I can brag because i worked my ass of !

The crack he probably used took me 3 months to make.
During that time there was no working Steam crack.. Valve had beaten the crackers
and for 3 months everyone was chanting.. give us a crack.
And it was I who stood up and created one and posted it.. nobody else !

Valve by the way has had my name stickied on their forums LOL
They know me and some of my associates very VERY well ROFL

So tell me little shits does Gabe Newell and Doug Lombardi know your name ?
Are you and your PC game cracking group the ones who posted HL2 and CSS ?
No ?

Bragging ? ROFL
You haven't seen bragging.

I worked hard to learn.. i speak because it's what  the topic is about.
Deal with it.

Congratulations on your success.

However, isn't this topic about anon coins rather than about you and your stellar career as a thief?

Why does spoetnik write like this?

It's the drugs.

Nope it's skill.
I brag because i can.. i earned it i did the work.
Most of you here were not born yet when i was using a PC
..reminder i had the FIRST one.

Wanna have a pissing contest ?
I ALWAYS place top 5.
Why because i did the work !

I feel i float up to the top no matter what scene i go into online.
There is different classes of people who different skill sets and experience.
and as always the morons always cry and whine because they are jealous over my famous reputation.

I go to IMDB to talk about TV shows and the next thing i know
i am having private email chat's with the guy on my TV screen.
Who tells me the show is cancelled.. so i alone break it to the world.
Credit ?
Yup.. because i did the work.

TV show ? "Ugly Americans" i have the star of the shows private email address and can go chat with him right now.

It doesn't matter what i do online i am always at the top of the pack instantly.
Like a bubble of air that floats to the top..

I put in the TIME and the WORK and it was not easy.. i busted my ass hard for it all !
I fucking earned it !

Want to talk File Sharing ?
Cracking / Hacking ? Video encoding ? Coding ? Media TV / Movies ? Music ?
I've already been there and done that and got a famous rep in that scene.

Want to talk privacy with coins ?
i have been doing this long enough and my experience with the Hacker and Cracker scene gives me many insights.
How many of you were in a group getting your work Pre'd ?
How many of you even know what that means ?
Top Sites ? FBI honey Pots ? Raids ? Arrests ? Investigations ?
I was there !

I watched a buddy of mine get nailed for Carding who was in a PC game cracking group with me
and he was known for cracking but also for hacking world famous web sites
and it was card'ing of all things that took him down.. not the other stuff !
The rest of us crackers never left.. we're all right where we were a decade later LOL

Sorry brats born in 1990 but i was uploading File Sharing programs with my name on them
with privacy features i coded before you were born.. so spare me the ohh he's bragging BS.

Except that you have no experience in the "cracker scene" because you mentioned yourself you did 3 lousy keygens.

Quote

Bullshit, most people started to work on legitimate stuff.
Yates for example, worked for Sony on Safedisc later because he was tired of kids in the scene like you.
And most other good people infact retired and stopped caring about this bullshit long ago, most game cracking guys nowadays work for game studios and the only where u see them occasionally is demoparties who all went into shit since pc magazines started to report about them.

Sounds like a guy from .nl ....

Nah, it´s just because you talk only bullshit without knowing anything. Same reason the whole "scene" went into the shitter. People talked too much about shit they have no idea about and didn´t get the basics of opsec.

Please make some kind of effort to stay on topic.

I laid out my resume because i was called out on it.
I was asked for it.
I answered.
Then i am bashed for it.

Don't ask questions you don't want the answer too.

And believe it or not contrary to what generalizethis said.
it is up to YOU guys to prove Monero for example has legit privacy features.
You are the ones making the claim.. not me.

Had Monero not popped up making grandiose claims i wouldn't have created this topic.
And just because you don't like what i posted on the web doesn't make me wrong.

If i am wrong with this topic here then go for it.. prove it !

Like that guy who mentioned Silk road last here..
He *claims* it was a series of busts based on what 1 user said with 1 forum comment.
And *if* true that proves my point.. Cross referencing.
Method no. 1 to nail guys and exploit privacy tech.
And people need to factor in the grand scope of the USA's power to spy and track online habits.
Such as when they arrested my friend. (i mentioned earlier)
See how my previous story is related when i spell it out REAL SLOW ?

So not only was i NOT pointlessly bragging but my rant about how awesome i am pertained to the topic at hand.

I see that many of the anon coins are dead from 2014. Now the only anon coin that is trading at good volume is DASH. The rest of them have very little trading.

depends on the period you are looking : sometimes it is dash, others this is monero ...
You can't drive conclusion with just a short period of observation.
Since a few months, both have rather small trading volume, especially when you compare with 2014, or when you compare with eth.
There are no successfull anoncoin yet : maybe there will be one, maybe dash or monero, maybe another ...

I would like to see the Altcoin dev's drop the Anonymous features.
Or resign themselves to the fact that they will forever be regarded as a crypto coin niche market player.

Spoetnik is the Fed's and wants your picture ID ?
HELL NO !
Like N.W.A. said once.. Fuck the police ROFL

I just think adoption is going no where ever with Anon crap tacked onto Litecoin.

You have to beat Bitcoin.
You can't beat Bitcoin by making a coin with worse features.

Let's not forget there has been advances in mixing that has encroached on the anon niche market last couple years.

A lot of coin guys think Fiat is going to vanish soon and they are straight up idiots.
That is not gonna happen for 100+ years.
Fiat is going no where and i don't want to dive into that too much (big can of worms)
So if you can entertain that idea to follow along with my train of thought here guys..
So what we have is a Fiat system already entrenched / established across the globe.
It's there already !
I see we have no choice but to work with it.. and you can't if you decided to associate with an Anonymous coin.
Right there you have a problem with law !

I say Anon coins will not work because of technical reasons and i also say it's a bad idea for mass adoption.
I also say Anon features are largely a gimmick solution to a problem that does not exist.
Who really needs extensive money hiding abilities ?

I say again.. "If it runs it can be cracked"

It ain't over till it's over, buddy.

I enjoy coming here and defending common sense.

Sorry guys but every person that owns a PC thinks they are an expert.
There is few of them.

None of you have ever said one word about reverse engineering.
I HAVE LOTS !

And if you are not an expert cracker then how in gods name can your spout off about security ?
What do these altcoin douche bags here know about it ? sweet fuck all.

And hell you don't even have to be a tech nerd to KNOW the details why Anon coins won't work..
All you have to do is use common sense.

ALL technical measures to secure Computers get destroyed eventually.
What is happening is a game of attrition where the Good guys always try and stay ahead of the Bad guys.
But the good guys are always losing and the bad guys are always one step ahead.

A cracker would attack a system to reverse engineer it's protection.
And what often happens is the protectors have to keep coming up with new secure measures / updates.
So can Monero etc. keep up with the tech skills of the worlds most evil crackers ?
I think not.

It's cute some little shit bag holder cloner who downloaded Github.zip and modded it..
NOW think he's a world authority on security  Roll Eyes
Trust me i think it's adorable and and cute watching the precious little script kiddy's wear daddy's shoes like a big boy.

I joined this thread last year, this is still here? Ok, I'll bite.

I own a PC and I'm an expert. (I think I am anyway, but I'll deny saying this face to face. hehe.)

And I cracked X-Wing. And Tie-Fighter. And that alien game, x-com. And MechWarrior or was it the even older one ... the one with Jason Youngblood or something, as well as the sequel that looked like a chess game, I think it was Crescent Hawk's Revenge. I remember, the first one was Crescent Hawk's Inception. Anyway... what an old game.

But I'm not really a cracker by profession, some apps just got in the way. I'm more a warez pup, having ran a couple of groups in the 90's. You wouldn't know them since we weren't big, just mostly couriers, in AOL of all places. (I wuz Prez! woot!)

And oh, I'm trained by Special Forces. But I think that's irrelevant here. (But just in case you're curious, from three branches of the military, or 4, if you include the marines. The Philippines basically copied the United States.)

(Don't start with that gorilla warfare / navy seal copy pasta meme, LOL.)

But, let's get back on to the topic, what are the more recent bitcoin mixing developments? The ones I know about are CoinJoin and JoinMarket. And maybe CoinShuffle.

The centralized mixers also work, when they do work, as well as the larger game sites and online wallet sites. And of course, you can exchange your coins to alts, then back to bitcoins, through different alts, or through different exchangers.

I don't have to crack it or STFU.
I am here to discuss Altcoins.
Remember when when BitcoinEXpress "took an interest" in Monero's security a year ago ?
Maybe i should ring him up and take your challenge or contact some "associates of mine" ?

You see moth piece i have laid it on the table.
How big is yours sweet heart ?
If your too scared to pull it out like a big boy then YOU STFU !
..and kick back and wait to be hacked.

And by the way if it happens it likely will not be advertised on the front page of Bitcointalk Magazine LOL

I also find it cute you dare have a jab mocking a quote from a legend cracker whom i borrowed that line from.

I was talking about sound technical security theory
and what do you do ?
You pop over here to spout of cheeky diversionary remarks like a smart ass.
If you can;t have a grown up conversation about security then maybe don't make & advertise ANON shit coin clones.

I don't have to be quiet..
I cam to talk about all kinds of Altcoin stuff.
Such as why users should stop using Crypto coins with Paypal (against the TOS)
Or why Anon coins will simply NOT work !
And the fact that doing either above will lead users into a trap with very serious consequences.

You say big mouth i am the guy looking out for others.. not you !

Using shit coins or BTC with Paypal will get your account seized and your fund stolen.

Using Anon coins like that scammy garbage Monero will get you arrested while trying top hide illegal activity.
Get why people should be warned ?

The reality is i DO know about reverse engineering and i did the homework .. for decades !
And i hope to let the community benefit from that since i started which is why i never bothered to hide my past about it.

Go send your picture ID to Poloniex to Buy Monero smart guys.

Little die hard's on this still think if they make some crafty / clever code they are bullet proof.

1) It's a dumb idea.. adoption !

2) It's crackable.

3) The US govt will hunt anyone related to anon crap like a dog.

All this anon coin faggotry means is the various govt's like the NSA will hire the best hackers
planet earth has to offer at any amount of money to battle against some noob coders.
For one thing many of these centralized coders here were noobs until they got to Bitcointalk then decided on a ME-TOO coin.
Centralized because who runs these coins ?
One or two amateur coders !

So it's going to be a battle between 2 coders who *could be bought off..
and who are in the ring doing battle with an opponent that has unlimited strength.
And the kicker is your financial investment is hinged to this battle of security.
It's like having two 16 year old kids storing your investment in a wet paper bag.
While they hang out at Bitcointalk proclaiming their bullshit is bullet proof.

As i say here every day.. for YEARS
You are all 99% dumb / naive or deceitful (financial motivations)
What i need is more computer security PROFESSIONALS / CRACKERS to speak up about Monero's Hoodie's printed up.

Why should i TRUST the ANON claims of dev's etc who spend all their time lying here for fiat paper money ?
These guys are not Trust worthy and neither are their bold grandiose ANON claims.

Anyway i hope you guys defending this crap do so because your greedy and trade at Poloniex with Picture ID etc.
In other words i hope the big motivation to argue about this is because you have a vested financial interest in ANON TOKENS.
AND NOT ..because you plan on actually using ANON coins to keep you safe and PRIVATE.
Because some of you doing illegal things with ANON coins may find yourself in jail at some point.. Silk Road ring a bell ?

I waste my time trying to tell you all this because it's a money making gimmick.
A snake oil salesmen here wants your money.. simple as that !
And they may actually believe their own bullshit too !

See the guy in that picture ? DAVID LATAPIE
What does that kid know about computer security / cracking ? Or any these idiot amateur "dev's"
NOTHING.

Don't forget people there is NO -requirements- to come here and post an ANN topic !

I have cracked software / games for almost 20 years and known hackers the whole time..
Has some kid here got the same experience ?

If it runs it can be cracked people !

Monero is a vortex of deceit, advertising and false promises.. don't be low hanging fruit !

The ANON idea is just not practical and realistic in our real world.
We know every computer security measure gets beaten ..in time.
So back up and read what i JUST SAID about 2 noob coders vs the USA.
It's a war of attrition !
Can a couple kids here always stay ahead of the NSA etc ? ..of course not ..that is silly !

Don't be suckered by idealistic hippy crap.
Wide eyed teens that are anti-establishment.. fringe crack pots with anti-govt conspiracies
and of course the ever present brigade of Bitcoin revolutionaries are all naive children
that don't live in our real world.. they live in a forum make believe land bubble insulated from reality !
GROW UP KIDS !
Stop being little crypto hippy's ..trying to stick it to "the man" LOL

Even if a coin could never be hacked..
Don't you all think picking a fight with the world's govt agencies etc seems dumb ?

Trying to get Bitcoin adoption has been hard enough obviously..
SO why make a coin that is going to get more resistance from authorities ?

I can't see how you can have a crypto island.. there has to be ties to FIAT.
So...

And no FIAT is not going to realistically vanish any time soon.

Many of you have your head in the clouds on this issue and need to wake up and be realistic about it.
