Buying bitcoin with payza

I have some $$ in my payza account I want to buy bitcoins. I know payza lets you to withdraw your acc/ balance  in bitcoin but that service is not for all.. and they charge a lil fee.. that i don't want to go through.. so if anyone want to sell bitcoins in exchange with payza funds pls Let me know and also if you can exchange payza with INR or Perfect Money send me a PM
