In "step" 8, you mentioned need to run Abc.service.exe first, do you mean CFOS.exe?

Here is how to send coins? 1) Use your cell phone or any browser, login and click Wallet menu within the Acount menu in upper right corner.
2). Find a address with some coins, and click "send" link in the first column.
3). Choose send type to Acount Number or Address, and then fill up the destination Account Number or Address, you can find the member's Account Number by browse the member's profile.
4). Fill the amount, and then click Submit button.
