We have spent a lot of time and money on this project, but we can not do it any longer, so we are looking for someone to take over this project. Then you are free to run an ico with this coin. You will get all the 30 niche forums, domains, graphics, accounts and everything else we own about this project. You will need to find a host for the forums.

Coin Distribution Among the Community:https://i.imgur.com/rOBNLWd.pngWe will have a 10% premine held by a reputed community member (not the dev) and it'll be distributed across all of our forums after 6 months. The distribution will done to all the moderators and other members that are active after 6 months across our 30 forums.
The premine will be distributed on the 30 forums to the member accounts. Terms of distribution for regular members include:
Accounts should have more than 15 posts
The posts have to be meaningful, not just one word posts
Spam accounts will not be eligible
The premine will be distributed after 6 months. The community can modify the distribution terms later. We'll hold a vote if necessary.
A Forum For Every Niche - A Total of 58 Forums Depending Upon Presale Success:- We will aim to reach an average of 1000 users across each of our forums by the end of January 2015.
- Over 30 forums, we intend to reach a total of 30,000 users.
- The rewards for users and moderators will facilitate more sharing across social media, so together with a resurgence of interest in crypto currencies in 2015, 30 forums should grow to over 100,000 users combined.
- This will create a catapult effect for crypto currencies because our forums will create more merchants, users and niche specific ideas and test markets for existing and upcoming brands in nearly every type of market. It will benefit not just Boardcoin, but the whole crypto currency scene.
- If the crowd sourcing reaches 0 to 30% of our targeted amount, we will run 30 forums (domains have been obtained already and setup expected to be completed in the coming week)
- Then for every additional 5% amount sold via crowdsourcing, we will be able to run two additional forums in other big niches in demand.
- Hence, if crowdsourcing is 100% successful, we will run a total of 58 forums.
- The presence of a cryptocurrency oriented test market via our forums in nearly every niche imaginable will be a huge advantage for crypto currencies in the year 2015. It is very much possible but not without your support.

So there will be buyers as well as sellers willing to trade using Boardcoin. We will have a forum in almost every category so we expect to eventually attract a lot of merchants and buyers.
For estimating purposes, we expect 10 transactions per forum per day, there 300 transactions over 30 forums total.
If the average value of a transaction is 0.05 in terms of btc, we are confident to generate 15 btc worth of daily transactions in the boardcoin economy. That creates a boardcoin economy of 450 btc per month across our forums alone. The actual size is likely to be far more than that.

Forum promotion:We will hire part time experts for each niche forum. They will receive compensation in the form of Boardcoins. We will set up individual social accounts for every forum. All popular threads will be regularly shared on the social media accounts. They'll be further shared by users enthusiastic about that particular niche. We will also link all of our forums together so that we can create a wider crypto community comprising all of our forums. The forums will promote each other and soon gain a critical size to market more crypto products and services among the wider boardcoin community. This will create a multiplier effect on the boardcoin economy and bring us more buyers as well as merchants for every category.
75% of the income from advertising, classified sales and other avenues will be passed on to moderators and other forum staff. The transactions will be disclosed publicly.

We intend to keep classified listings free of cost for a while but we will eventually charge 10 boardcoins ($1) for creating a classified listing on any of our forums. We are able to sell an unlimited amount of these units across our 30 forums.
