Please grade Cincinnati Reds vs. Arizona Diamondbacks MLB baseball game from April 20. The game was suspended in the 8th inning. Pinnacle rules state that the Reds should win the game since they were up 4-3 after the last completed inning. Please grade all live wagers on this match. No reason why these wagers should be pending after 12+ hours.

It was graded as a cancel, when in fact the standard Vegas (and Pinnacle) rules state that suspended games that have gone longer than 5 innings revert back to the score from the last fully completed inning. This bet should have been graded as a win (4-3 reds at end of last completed inning,  which was the 7th). All other books have graded reds as a winner.

That rule was not applied because the match was not canceled, but rather it was interrupted, and will resume today at 2:10pm AZ time.
Additionally your bet was also placed during the play (live betting) and not before the event takes action.

Rule applied:
If a game is suspended in order to be resumed at a later date, all bets on the Game-period markets are void, and bets on completed periods have action.

I just attempted to place a live wager on Galatasaray vs Nesibe Ayden , Turkish Women's Basketball. I attempted a 2.4 mbtc bet on Nesibe. Your system took the 2.4 mbtc and it does not show in my pending wagers. It does show in my pending (orange number in upper right) balance though.

Here is the screenshot showing 2 pending wagers for 1.5mbtc total,  but 3.9 in pending funds in upper right. I have no pending parlays and I do not play casino or have any pending withdrawals.

UPDATE: bet .75 mbtc on the other side (to hedge my 2.4 bet). That was graded as a loss after the match finished. Yet the 2.4 on the winning side is still in my pending balance....but no betslip to be found!

UpDATE 2: the missing 2.4 that was taken for a live bet, and held for an hour after the game ended, was returned to my account. As if no bet was ever placed. I feel the bet I was making should be valid (2.4 risk at odds of +104 american). There was no way for me to know what was happening with my funds since they were not available to me which made me think the bet was accepted. As you see, I placed a bet on the opposite side to 'hedge' and that bet was accepted and lost.

Hi betbtc, can you please address this? 2.4mbtc was held by your system, making me think my bet was accepted. I couldn't be sure so I hedged a little bit [.75mbtc] on the other side of the wager, which lost. You did not honor my initial wager despite holding the funds as pending for several hours. Please credit the winnings from that bet (would have been 2.48 mbtc) OR cancel the bet I made ad a hedge (for .75 mbtc).

What date was your bet for? These two teams played on back to back nights, so just make sure your ticket was for the correct game.

If that's the last game, then that bet should win as Curry got 17 on that particular bet, so over wins.  However, if it's on the prior game before the last game, that bet did not win as Curry only manage to make 12 combined on (pts, rebounds, and asts).

Was your bet made pre-match? Or was it a live (in-play) wager? If pre-match, then it should be graded as a win. If it was a live wager, then it gets canceled.

sometimes the bet may fail and the balance becomes pending / on hold / orange for a few minutes. It does not show confirmation message, and also the bet does not appear on "My Bets" section, after some time it's refunded to free balance.

That said, I am BEYOND disappointed in the lack of support. I've submitted 3+ tickets using your system. I've voiced complaints on here via PM and in the thread. I check your profile every day and see that you log in multiple times per day. So the fact that my questions and complaints have gone unaddressed - while contests are being delivered & maintained - makes me very upset.
